La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar el rendimiento y contenido de proteína de hierba mora (Solanum) en función de diferentes intervalos de cosecha y número de cortes. Se empleó una metodología experimental basada en tratamientos distribuidos bajo un diseño estadístico comparativo, registrándose variables relacionadas con producción de biomasa y contenido proteico del material vegetal. Los datos obtenidos fueron sometidos a análisis de varianza y comparación de medias para determinar el efecto de los tratamientos evaluados. Los resultados evidenciaron variaciones significativas en el rendimiento y concentración de proteína según la frecuencia de cosecha y número de cortes, identificándose los mejores valores productivos y nutricionales en los tratamientos con intervalos intermedios de cosecha y mayor capacidad de rebrote. |
